Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using lin-cruiter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
lin-cruiter is a SaaS platform for recruiters that uses AI to search, score, and rank LinkedIn candidates against job criteria, and enables multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email) from a single interface.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are acting.
4. Account Registration
You authenticate via Google SSO or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication method and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content through our outreach tools
- Violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service or any third-party platform’s terms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
7. Candidate Data and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of candidate data complies with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and local employment laws). The Service processes publicly available LinkedIn data on your behalf. You must not use candidate data for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment activities.
8. AI-Generated Scores
Candidate scores and rankings are generated by AI and are provided as decision-support tools, not as definitive assessments. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated evaluations.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, AI models, and documentation are owned by lin-cruiter and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal recruiting purposes.
Data you input (job criteria, outreach templates) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data as needed to operate the platform.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including LinkedIn (via Unipile), OpenAI, Google, and LemonSqueezy. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lin-cruiter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that candidate data will be accurate or complete.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, IP, disputes) will survive termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
